William collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to conduct in-depth behavior assessments, ensuring that each person\u2019s unique strengths and challenges are understood. From these insights, he develops thoughtful, person-centered behavior plans that foster growth, independence, and an improved quality of life.<\/p>\n
Beyond direct support, William partners with provider agencies to implement effective behavior-change strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting progress. Nearly six years into his journey at Humanim, his passion for making a difference remains strong\u2014whether through developing innovative behavioral strategies, working alongside dedicated colleagues, or seeing the individuals he serves thrive.<\/p>\n

Originally from Philadelphia, William has a wide range of interests outside of work. \u201cIn my leisure time, I enjoy cooking, cycling, photography, attending concerts, watching movies, gardening, vacationing, and playing video games. I also love visiting downtown Philadelphia whenever I get the chance.”<\/p>\n
A devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan, William never misses a chance to cheer on his team. \u201cAs a true Philadelphian, the Eagles hold a special place in my heart. \u2018Fly, Eagles, Fly!\u2019 is my all-time favorite chant!”<\/p>\n
One unique aspect of William\u2019s background is his experience as a trainer. \u201cI used to be a Behavioral Principles and Strategies trainer and later a Mandt System trainer. Over the years, I\u2019ve conducted countless training sessions, equipping individuals with essential skills to manage challenging behaviors and foster positive interactions.\u201d<\/p>\n
This experience has strengthened his role as a behavior consultant. \u201cLearning how to engage people as a trainer has made me more effective in my work. It empowered me to help individuals from diverse backgrounds in a meaningful way.\u201d<\/p>\n
Above all, William finds fulfillment in the impact he makes. \u201cI take pride in being part of a process that enhances the well-being of the individuals we serve\u2014whether by teaching new skills or providing additional support.\u201d<\/p>\n
An advocate for disability rights and social justice, William has even considered law school to deepen his understanding and create broader change.<\/p>\n
