Humanim’s Health Homes program is proud to\u00a0partner with Speak(easy) Howard and the Horizon Foundation to provide critical healthcare educational workshops and resources for our behavioral health clients. The Speak(easy) Howard campaign is a Howard County initiative that helps residents think through their preferences for care, talk about them with loved ones, and name a health care agent who can communicate their wishes should an emergency or critical care situation arise. The initiative includes workshops and events that are free to the public.<\/p>\n
