The individuals who participated enjoyed the program and expressed having gained valuable information from it.<\/p>\n<p>The free six-week Living Well workshop is designed to teach clients and caregivers how to engage in healthy lifestyle practices, from healthy eating and exercise to communicating with caregivers and achieving goals.
