On top of that, dealing with bureaucratic hierarchies, differing data collection methods and privacy concerns can be tricky.<\/p>\n<p>The nonprofit Elev8 Baltimore runs three school clinics in partnership with Baltimore Medical System, a nonprofit health-care provider.
